赤ん坊は自分の後頭部がわからないようで、お座りのまま頭を壁に打ち付け頭の存在を確認していた。外の音も、あっという間に茂る庭の雑草も、赤ん坊を通すと特別大きな音になり、特別ゆっくりと成長するようだった。
The baby seemed not to recognize its own back of the head. By striking its head on the wall again and again, it confirmed the presence of the head. In the baby’s perception, sounds from outside became surprisingly loud, and the weeds in the garden grew much slower than usual.
羽太結子
10代からダンスを始める。ダンス、演劇、現代アートを問わず様々な作品に参加。
2008年から作品作りを開始。劇場、路上、廃墟など様々な場所で発表。近年、民俗芸能に惹かれ古い祭りや神楽を見に尋ね歩いている。
Yuko Hata started her dance career at age 18. She performed in a diverse selection of works in dance, theater, and modern art. Since 2008 she has been creating her own works, premiering them on the street, in abandoned buildings, and other atypical spaces. Lately, she has been drawn to Japanese folk art, and spends time researching traditional festivals, performances, and Kagura (traditional Shinto music and dance).
