ジャーナリスト、ダンス批評家、そしてフェスティバルオーガナイザー。韓国の週間仏誌Courrier de la Coréeからキャリアを積み、韓国マスメディアの大手、聯合ニュースで30年勤務。記者としてブリュッセル駐在、社会問題や国際問題担当、文化担当など幅広い分野で活躍し、後に副社長まで務めた。 1980年以降、ダンス批評家としてダンスコラムの出版、国際フェスティバルの報道や文化政策の批評を行っている。1996にソウル国際ダンス機構(CID-UNESCO)を確立し、1998年に最初のソウル国際ダンスフェスティバル(SIDance)を開催。SIDanceは開催当初より国際フェスティバルの定義とも呼ばれ、韓国やアジアのダンスフェスティバルのリーダー格として毎年多くの人の興味を引く。SIDanceでは、世界の様々な地域の流行や多様性に注目を当てるプログラムが高く評価されている。 イ氏の活動の中では、各国のフェスティバルや劇場の間にネットワークを築いたこと、30以上もの国際コラボレーションを実現させたこと、韓国のダンサー・振付家・カンパニーを率いて40を超える国々をまたいだ130以上の公演を行ったことなど、特筆すべき実績が有り余っている。

Jong-Ho Lee is a journalist, dance critic and festival organizer. He started his career with "Courrier de la Corée", a French weekly published in Korea, and worked for one of the major mass media companies in Korea, Yonhap News Agency for about 30 years. During his career, he was assigned to Brussels as a correspondent, was a reporter for social affairs and international news, and presided at the desk of culture. Finally, he managed the entire company as the vice president. Since 1980, Mr. Lee has been an active dance critic and columnist publishing dance reviews, and reports of international festivals and cultural policies. He established Seoul Section of the Int'l Dance Council, CID-UNESCO, in 1996 and launched Seoul International Dance Festival (a.k.a. SIDance) in 1998. Since its inception, SIDance has been playing a leading role of “defining international festival” in Korea and Asia. In particular, SIDance festival has been highly acclaimed for its programs focusing on world’s regional dance trends and cultural diversity. One of his best achievements is to build networks with festivals and theaters in various continents, producing over 30 collaborative dance pieces. Furthermore, he has introduced Korean dancers, choreographers and troops to international stages of over 40 countries promoting about 130 productions.

広東モダンダンスカンパニーのマネージャー、監督としての活動を経た後、広東ダンスフェスティバルのオーガーナイザーとして中国のコンテンポラリーダンス界を推進している。カンパニーの主宰として活動する中では、国際的な舞台でのパフォーマンス、文化交流を促進。様々なダンスプロジェクトや、レジデンスを企画し、広東ダンスカンパニーを地域きってのコンテンポラリーダンス発信点に仕立て上げた。広東ダンスフェスティバルにも携わり、2011年に芸術監督として就任した後にDanceXと銘打った国際交流プラットフォームを実施。DanceXは今や中国全土のダンサー、フェスティバル、そしてオーガナイザーにとって欠かすことのできないミーティングポイントとなっている。他にも、中国新波という団体を結成し、発見前のアーティストに国際的な場面での機会を獲得する手助けをしている。近年は、デルタ・ムーブスという中国新波の一端を確立し、珠江デルタ地域のアーティストに集中して活動を行っている。

Karen CHEUNG is an active promoter of contemporary dance in China. She has worked at the Guangdong Modern Dance Company as Company Manager (2004-2006) and Administrative Director (2006-2011). During her tenure with the company, she has brought the company on tour at various international arts festivals and cultural exchange expeditions. She was the producer of different dance projects and international residencies and has successfully turned the Guangdong Modern Dance Company Theatre into one of the most active venues for contemporary dance in the region. She has also taken part in organizing the annual Guangdong Modern Dance Festival (re-named Guangdong Dance Festival since 2012), where she was appointed Director since November 2011. Under her directorship, an international networking platform DanceX was launched in 2012, which has become an important meeting point for Chinese independent dance artists and the international festivals and presenters. She also started the China New Wave umbrella, which gathered around emerging independent artists and assisted them in maximizing their international exposure opportunities. In 2015, she initiated Delta Moves, a regional arm of the China New Wave, to serve artists in the Pearl Delta Region.

国際的なダンス交流に重点を置く国際パフォーミングアーツプロジェクト（IPAP）の代表。その他、キュレーターとしてソウル国際即興ダンスフェスティバル（芸術監督）、ノウォン国際コミックダンスフェスティバル（芸術監督）、ソウル・ダンス・プラットフォーム（プログラムディレクター）、釜山国際ダンスフェスティバル（国際プログラムコーディネーター）にも携わっている。韓国舞踏評論研究協会、そして韓国芸術文化振興協会の理事でもあるチャン氏は現在、韓国総合芸術学校ダンス学科、淑明女子大學校の教壇にも立つ。 著書に「I Want To Kiss Your Feet」と「Dance High Up in the Air」などを含む。

Jang is currently Head of International Performing Arts Project(iPAP),which covers a wide variety of international exchange programs focusing on dance.He is artistic director both for Seoul International Improvisation Dance Festival(Simpro) and for Internationl Comic Dance Festival(CoDance).And he is program director of Seoul Dance Platform(SDP) and coordinator of Busan International Dance Festival.He is currently a operation board member of Korea Foundation and Korean Academy of Arts and Cultural Management.He is guest professor of Korea National University of Arts and chief editor of monthly megazine. He is board member of The Korean Association of Dance Critics and Researchers.Jang is an author of two books, <I want to Kiss Your Feet>and <Dancing High Up In the Air>.

香港芸術祭、同市コンテポラリー・ダンス・カンパニー、マカオ文化センター、広州オペラハウス、広東星海パフォーミング・アーツ・カンパニーなど、様々な組織で20年以上活動を行う。 広東現代ダンスフェスティバルの創始者の１人として2004から2011年までフェスティバルのプログラミング・ディレクターを務め、2006年には中国初のフリンジ・フェスティバルとして、フリンジ・シャンハイを共同で設立。近年は、彼は特にパフォーミング・アーツ市場専門に特化し、珠江デルタでの文化交流の新しい機会創出にも取り組んでいる。上海文化リンクス・マネージメント・コンサルティング株式会社（広州支部）のディレクター兼チーフ・コンサルタント。

Kwong Wai-lap has spent over 20 years in the arts, as either a full-time manager or a consultant for organizations as diverse as Hong Kong Arts Festival, City Contemporary Dance Company, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Macau Cultural Centre, Guangzhou Opera House, Asian People’s Theatre Festival and Guangdong Xinghai Performing Arts Company.As one of the founders of the annual Guangdong Modern Dance Festival, Kwong was the festival’s Programming Director from 2004 to 2011, and in 2006, he co-founded the first Fringe Festival in China Fringe Shanghai.Though Kwong's experience covers most areas of arts management, in recent years he has specialized in the performing arts market, as well as new opportunities for cultural exchanges, in and around Pearl River Delta. He is currently the Director and Chief Consultant of Shanghai Cultural Links Management Consulting (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.

舞踊研究家。研究分野は韓国現代舞踊史及び舞踊家、作品構造分析。’93年、日本文化庁在外舞踊家活動助成金を受け来日し舞踊活動を行う。その後も日本に残りお茶の水女子大学院で修士及び博士課程修了。現在、大学非常勤講 師の傍ら、東京×ソウルデュオダンスフェスティバルの企画に携わるほか、SCF海外舞踊芸術委員、GSDF協力理事をつとめる。その他、訳書乗越たかお著『コンテンポラリー・ダンス徹底ガイドHYPER』の韓国版などがある。

Choi Byungjoo is a dance researcher, whose primary fields are modern Korean choreography & choreographers, and structural analysis of dance pieces. Byungjoo relocated to Japan in 1993 after she was awarded a grant for foreign dance artists from the Japanese Ministry of Cultural Affairs. Since then she has remained in Japan, and has earned a Ph.D in Koreanization and dekoreanization of Korea modern dance at OchanoMizu University. Currently she teaches as adjunct faculty at Keio university , and is also part of the production team of Tokyo x Seoul Duo Dance Festival, the foreign dance committee of Seoul International Choreography Festival (SCF), and assistant director of the Gwang Jin International Summer Dance Festival (GSDF). Her recent published works include the Korean translation of “The Complete Guide to Contemporary Dance HYPER” by Takao Norikoshi.

08年韓国ダンス協会主催ヤング・コレオグラファー振付大賞、第43回ダンス協会主催全国新人ダンスコンテスト特別賞、第9回国民次世代振付イベント「エクセレンス」賞、09年SCFフリンジ賞。Designare Movementを創設し、芸術監督として振付をおこなう。New Dance for Asia - N.D.A International Festival （NDA）アーティスティックディレクター。

Han yang Univ. graduate and was exempted from Korean military obligation as‘06 winner of national rookie dance competition. '08 the best choreographer award from Korea Dance association and '09-'10 the Young Art Frontier by Korea Arts and Culture Association. He was invited to Fukuoka Dance Fringe Festival twice ’08 and ’13 and also invited to Dance Asia in Fukuoka 2013 by NPO Co.D.Ex. until now.
